I had one of those restless kinds of nights and I had a few words playing in my head when I tossed and turned, and then as I went through my motions this morning and then sat still on my bus ride in, these are the thoughts that came in with them; I’m calling it – Random Words of Wednesday.
Respect
Respect is earned; therefore I guess it can be lost as well…
While you are busy pursuing respect one place, you very well could be losing it somewhere else
Love
Sometimes Love really has nothing to do with it…
You can love someone with all you have and it still not be enough….
We give love so freely, but at such a cost…..
Hate
The very thing you find irresistible, you can hate at the same time….
Hate is a strong word – AND feeling….
BONUS:
Happy
When you have to “try” to be happy, there is something that makes you unhappy, that you are trying to counteract; when you are just happy, you are in good space.

Respect definitely has to be earned and there is a difference between being liked and respected. People often get that confused.
