I started weight watchers a few months back to aid me in this pursuit of a lifestyle change.
With working, getting in the gym (can’t wait til the work gym renovation is over so I can get back to my lunchtime workouts), checking homework, doing chores, spending time, and blah blah blah, I don’t get to put as much “effort” and time into cooking.
